I Edited my review, my original order had some problems. Ashley from Whimsy Timber reached out instantly, she wanted to know how she could make it right for me. They went above and beyond getting me a better end result then the first time around, and a free gift. Their customer service is wonderful, and the name sign is beautiful.

Love, love, love this for my new grand daughter's room. I agree with the others that the packaging is not so great. I almost didn't order it because of the reviews but decided to take a chance. I held my breath when I opened it and it was PERFECT!! I am thrilled with it. Won't even need much sanding. Can't wait to start painting it.

The quality is nice. It arrived sooner than expected. My only complaint is that the middle name appears (it’s not) to be larger than the first name. This causes it to look off balance above her crib.

Received broken. Contacted the seller and she is sending a replacement. The wood is plenty thick for my liking and smooth for the most part (there will be some imperfections with wood). I can’t wait to get it painted and put above the crib!
