Did not receive correct order and when I tried to email about it, I never received a response. Working on trying to get ahold of Jane instead of seller. Super disappointed! I understand things happen, but not getting a response about my order is why I’m giving 2 stars. The extra star is because had it been the correct order, they would have been exactly what I wanted!

Great quality. It’s custom and letters are carved deep into the wood. I am very happy with this product.

Love it! It is exactly what I had hoped for. I'm glad that it came unfinished so I can match it to my other decorations!

The sign is fine. I emailed the shop owner twice (10 days and 14 days after I paid) to see when it would ship and never heard back. I know things take longer on Jane but just take a minute to reply. Horrible customer service, I wouldn't order again.
