Great quality..loved them all!
My purchase was scheduled to ship by July 31, 2018. As of August 16, 2018, I have not received the item I purchased for my daughter’s baby shower held on August 11. I’ve exchanged emails with Ashley promising me the item shipped last week. I contacted Ashley again yesterday to notify her I hadn’t received my purchase. I also didn’t receive a tracking number to track my package. At this point I’m considering asking for a refund. I’m currently out $50 for the purchase and nothing to show for it. Extremely disappointed.

These are “ok”. Much much thinner than I expected. One of the words was broken, but I’m not going to bother with returning it. These weren’t worth $19.99. Oh well...

Maybe the item description says somewhere that the item is unpainted and unstained, but if it does, I certainly didn't notice and I was surprised when it showed up unstained/unpainted.

Amazing quality and personable seller. I contacted Whimsy Timber in hopes to see a proof of my daughter's name in both fonts offered and she was pleasant and timely in her responses. The cuts arrived as described and are a beautiful addition to her nursery!
