The item came broken, reached out to Jane support after the sellers lack of response to my first two emails. The seller has reached out, and said they would send a new item the item is in preshipment, and once the item gets to me I will update my review again with any additional information. - Update, the item came was little smaller than the original, but wasn't broken however was definitely packaged a little better the second round with bubble wrap, however they did give me a couple special little gifts. I appreciate it, thank you! And thank you for sending another name.

Just be prepared to paint it.

Will be OK once it’s painted. I did not expect fiberboard. Expected real wood.

I still have not received this item, it doesn't show as shipped yet, I ordered a month ago. Contacted seller & was told it was a USPS issue, yet I've received the 3 other items I ordered the same day, 2-3 weeks ago.

Read the description it's nAtural and it's not wood. I've seen these for cheaper done painted or real wood. Was giving as a gift and felt kind of lame

Gorgeous, but arrived broken and unusable. Have attempted to reach out to seller multiple times but there has been no response. For $60 I would have at least expected my sign to be intact.

I was unsure after reading the reviews but ordered anyway because it's a super deal. The quality is great and there were no issues. Only took about 3 weeks from order date to receive my order. Very happy with my purchase.
