The sign was beautiful However, it came broken and I haven't been able to reach whimsy timber to get a replacement/refund

Wonderful value, I got the 50% off. Arrived 6 days earlier than expected. Needs light sanding but is beautiful .

Only thing Is I thought is no color to the name

The item came broken, reached out to Jane support after the sellers lack of response to my first two emails. The seller has reached out, and said they would send a new item the item is in preshipment, and once the item gets to me I will update my review again with any additional information. - Update, the item came was little smaller than the original, but wasn't broken however was definitely packaged a little better the second round with bubble wrap, however they did give me a couple special little gifts. I appreciate it, thank you! And thank you for sending another name.

Just be prepared to paint it.

Will be OK once it’s painted. I did not expect fiberboard. Expected real wood.

I still have not received this item, it doesn't show as shipped yet, I ordered a month ago. Contacted seller & was told it was a USPS issue, yet I've received the 3 other items I ordered the same day, 2-3 weeks ago.

Read the description it's nAtural and it's not wood. I've seen these for cheaper done painted or real wood. Was giving as a gift and felt kind of lame

Looks exactly as expected Thick, heavy wood but light enough to easily be hung on the wall Gorgeous lettering

Gorgeous, but arrived broken and unusable. Have attempted to reach out to seller multiple times but there has been no response. For $60 I would have at least expected my sign to be intact.

Arrived broken Also doesn't have a back so the picture frame can stand up
