The first time that I ordered this product was about three years ago. I was extremely satisfied. It was a nice piece of wood that it was made out of. I decided to purchase again and was so disappointed once I opened the box. It was made out of cheap, flimsy particle board. Please save your money!

The name sign was perfect. Not heavy at all, so it was able to go up on the wall with velcro command strips perfectly. It looks amazing and has definitely added that extra something to my granddaughter's room. Thank you.

Recurved FOUR random name signs and letters - NOT the name I ordered!! Jane.com was quick to respond but the seller will not respond and fix the mistake. Very disappointed.

I received this puzzle with the letters not cut out properly. I reached out asking about new letters with a photo and never got a response. Very disappointed, wouldn’t recommend.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Hope nothing goes wrong with your order because you will never hear back from them again! They didn’t even respond to the Jane customer service multiple times. Terrible customer service.

I am highly disappointed, as this was for my daughters nursery. She packaged it good for the first 4 letters for the ship but the last two letters weren’t packed good enough and it broke the last two letters of her name. I have tried to email the company 3 times!!!!! And now contacted Jane, and still nothing!!!!

My name came broken. I have reached out to the seller and they have never responded. I spent over 60.00 for a broken piece I can't use and can not get anyone to respond.

I ordered this same product 4 years ago for my oldest granddaughter and recently ordered for my new grand baby. The quality of the material went from real/ sturdy wood to something that resembles wafer board. And the price was the same. Not happy.
