Hi there, I am so sorry your shoes did not fit. As indicated in the note I send with each pair, my policy is that in that event, I will always do what I can to ensure customer satisfaction--whether it be sending another pair in a size up, remaking an order to custom size, or happily refunding your order, but in order to prevent this from happening again, I strongly suggest measuring feet carefully and using the sizing guide to help you. :)
