Very dissatisfied. I have addressed my issue and NO RESPONSE. The top line was suppose to read Fire Chief and my receipt verified that was my request however they sent it to me with FIREFIGHTER on it. This was a Christmas gift for my husband from my son!
My husband LOVED this gift! It was inexpensive and a good quality product Shipping took awhile due to personalization and mail backups I assume, but that was expected! I gave 4 stars because it does not come with anyway to hang it
Awesome job. I had this made for my husband for Christmas and I'm beyond thrilled. He will love it. The quality and craftsmanship of the item is superb and I recommend this item/company to all. The shipping was average regarding the time it took, but well worth the wait.
I emailed the seller a request for a signage correction on the same day I ordered. and I did not receive a response. However, I would a appreciate a correction. Thanks in advance.
