Personalized Framed Metal Name Sign
I placed an order on 12/10/19 and my estimated ship date was 12/24/19. The order status has stated "Processing" since I placed it. I emailed to check the status on 1/8/20 because it didn't show that it had shipped yet. The seller emailed me back a few hours later and apologized and said that my order must have been misplaced and they'd be happy to make a new one or refund me. I asked her to get it made ASAP and ship, as it was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my mom. I haven't heard anything back and emailed again on 1/21/20. The seller has not replied. I'm sure the quality of the product is great, but their customer service is horrible. It seems they need to get it together. I'd just like some sort of response, even if it's just that they will refund my money.
