Horrible customer service. They messed up on my order. I reached out and they're not even trying to fix it. IF you do decide to order from them, make sure you put in the description that you want the words CENTERED or they will just align it however they wish! Very disappointed.

The sides are real wood, but the back is a plastic- type material that is made to look like wood. Words printed are blurry, not crisp. Disappointed I purchased this. Will look ok from a distance.
