Thought this would have been bigger.
Product received does not match the description at all.
its okay. Customer service terrible. I emailed them directly after ordering requesting to change from white to black, no response, of course i received white. Emailed again still no response. 5/24 editing to 1 star, still no response .
Received the wrong sign in the mail and talked with owner but a resolution was never confirmed after my last eamil.
The company gave me the wrong sign, they refunded my order but never sent me the correct one with my name. Their customer service could have been better. Frustrating.
Totally misspelled!
Sign didn’t come with a stand like it said on the deal and what I had selected when I ordered. Emailed them but waiting on response.
This is the really cute, but they misspelled my last name. It was clearly written for them so I don't know why they would come up with a completely different spelling not just missing letters. Contacted seller a few days ago, but haven't heard anything. Also, it was suppose to come with a stand?
Shipping took FOREVER! And then when I finally did receive it, it didn’t even come with the stand that was suppose to hold it up on the table. I contacted seller with no response. The tile is pretty, but I just wish I got my entire order.
