Super cute & fast shipping! I did expect the smaller bag to come with it but I did not receive that. The tote bag is great though!

Love the mask but the name pressed on mine which is "Momma" was overlapping the stitching like it should have been smaller to fit the size of the mask better.

Such quick turn around. I bought it as a gift for my sister so I emailed the seller and got a quick response. Also, by the time I got the shipping confirmation, my sister had already called to thank me as she had already received it!! So quick with a personalized product—-and and she loved it!
The lettering is not as big as shown in the picture. There was also a huge cup label on the cup right under my name and it was not shown in the pictures.
The name was applied horizontally and was much smaller than the product image online which was larger and vertical. Kind of disappointed to be honest.
This is the biggest scam Jane has ever done!!! Not at all what it appeared to be. I paid $23 for something I could’ve bought at Target for $15!!!!!! It has my name on it in a shiny sticker. 😶. A sticker!!!! 😡
