We just lost our beloved lab, so when I saw these beautiful pillow cases, I had to order one in our pup’s memory. The seller was very helpful and responded quickly via email. I had a few photos of our dog and let her decide which would look best. She sent a digital proof in a timely manner. The pillow case arrived with a week or so, which was nice. My only complaint is that I feel my dog’s name and photo should be positioned higher on the pillow case, just like the provided samples are. If they had been positioned a bit higher, I would’ve absolutely given this product 5 stars. As nice as his photo printed onto the fabric, it’s a bit tough to see his face since it’s so low. The seller did take the time to review and respond to my complaint.

These are adorable but you can’t use them to travel. The compartments are not secure and everything gets mixed up. Wish I would have known that because I bought a bunch of them for gift.

I ordered a purple tumbler with handle. The lettering was supposed to be hot pink with a silver outline. The lettering was only hot pink. I thought it was going to be etched. It’s vinyl decal. A little disappointed.
