I ordered the personalized children’s apron. The item was never delivered. Myself and a rep with Jane.com tried contacting the seller but there has not been a response. Jane.com ended up refunding me. I would not recommend this seller at all.

Bought this for my Grandson for his 1st Christmas , Great looking shirt!

Ordered in the beginning of December it is February 6th and still have not received my order from them (bag & rain jacket). This was originally supposed to be a Christmas gift, and now it is almost Valentines Day. Very disappointed. It has said it was shipped on Dec. 16 but obviously was not.

They sent me the wrong size because they were out and it took an act of Congress to get a refund … this company sucks …. Stay away from them

I got one for my assistant. She uses it every day. So cute, and has lasted a while!!

I ordered this product on December 6th and still haven’t received my item January 31 after it states it been shipped. I emailed Jane to see if I could get a response from seller and still haven’t heard anything from them. I get things happen and with weather playing a role but I responds to the buyer would be nice to at least try and make it right.
