Shipping was terrible. It took almost a month to get my package. Communication was horrible as well

A month later and still haven’t received it. Says it’s shipped but has not tracking updates.

Terrible treatment from the seller. Waited over a month and reached out multiple times and was given a guarantee it would ship before Christmas. Then got ignored. Surprised by this with the many good reviews seller has but will not buy from this seller again. Unreliable.

Have not received and shop will not respond. It should have been delivered early December.

I was underwhelmed with this purchase. My daughters name has nine letters in it and it came out with the letters squished together. I would not order this again or suggest it to a friend.

Only received half my order - I’ve been trying to get ahold of anyone at Jane and vendor… I’ve had no luck … I’m a little disappointed
