Very disappointed in this. I couldn't get the pillow to fit in the pillowcase, and in the process of trying, the pillowcase popped, so I stopped immediately. Why wouldn't you ship this with the pillow already inside? Maybe because the case is too small for the pillow? I also emailed regarding this issue and have never heard back. Very disappointed.

Super cute and comfy! Got a M and it fits a little loose, but definitely OK! Love the monogram- very high quality. The material is nice and soft on the inside. Perfect sweatshirt to pull on and still look cute! Love love love!!!
The description said 1/2 size too big. I went with my normal size 6 because I wear thick socks in the winter. I received the shoes and they are 2 full sizes too big. For this amount I'm extremely upset. I've emailed seller twice with no answer. Also size chart provided makes absolutely no since.
