I love these boots and am happy with them. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 is Because I sent two emails asking if I could change the thread color and never heard back from the seller. So if you need to make a change the seller lacks communication. As in none at all. Thankfully the color I chose looks okay.

Fit was small in the bust and longer than expected.

I have NOT received my order and it’s been almost a month. The money had been deducted from our account but no bunny and no email response from seller. Not sure what’s going on.

This cub sleeve is very big. There is no room for adjustment for cup size. I also don't like the fact that I was charged for S & H and this was included in the packaging of another item. Really, there was no extra cost for it when it was included with something else because it weighs nothing, so it would not have affected postage cost. I should be refunded for my S & H.

The reason for the one star is not because it runs small. It seems that it is true to size in the torso, but the sleeves/arms run small. The reason for the one star is because I ordered an XL and received a L. I know people make mistakes, but I would think more observation takes place especially when an item is being monogrammed and a mistake could be costly. The monogram is not the neatest work. It looks like when it was ironed on, the iron was removed just before burning the jacket. The area around the monogram is pretty wrinkly from the heat and can't be fixed by me. It is due to lack of care in making sure that the inside of the jacket was straightened out first. Returning for a full refund.
