Hi Jenni! Thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear you are not happy with your tee. This was advertised to have longer sleeves (and stated with the fit details) because it is a men's/unisex fit. We use laser leveling to align the tees with the center of the collar as well. If you are unhappy with this, you can send a photo to show us what you are seeing so we can assist you but we have not received an email from you. As for looking different in the photo, we have color correct software the allows us to present our products exactly how you would see them. Black and red ink on a grey shirt will not be as easy to see on a white shirt. But they are readable and color accurate. It is also stated due to monitor settings that there may be small variances in coloring but not enough to where it is unreadable.
