Hi Margo! Thanks for your review. We wanted to clear up some info you had stated in this review. These tees 100% NOT IRON ON. We screenprint everything (stated with every deal), the ink you see & feel is the work of a skilled screen printer, not the work of an iron. We use extremely high quality inks that give a barely there feel, the ink will outlast the shirt. Additionally, it was stated with the deal that these were Bella+Canvas UNISEX MENS tees. Lastly, this took no where near a month to be mailed. It was stated multiple times that we are a handmade business. The ships by date stated with the deal, fine print, shipping details & with your order confirmation said November 17th. The deal ended November 3rd, we shipped November 13th, USPS delivered to you on the 19th. We shipped 4 days earlier than the stated ships by date. 10 days to ship is much less than a month. We heavily encourage customers to email us (stated with the deal as well) if you have a needs by timeline we should be aware of. As we received no email, there was 0 way for us to know you had a shipping need. We are sorry that our deal did not fit your needs that we were not made aware of. For future purchases, send us an email ahead of time, especially if you have questions. We state everything with the deal so there is no mystery to what type of shirts we use, nor any mystery to our turn around times. We are always happy to accommodate! Hi Alyssa! Thanks for your review, it helps customer to make informed decisions about their purchases with us :) We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the advertised unisex/men's fit. We did state within the deal, fine print, deal details itself and in size selection that these were a men's/unisex fit. So naturally, it will be larger than a women's fit. We also heavily encourage not to just go by "S", "M", "L", etc and to compare the size chart to your own body measurements for an accurate fit. If you ever have any questions about sizing. we heavily encourage to email us so we can assist you. As we had received no email, we were unaware of a potential sizing issue for you at the selection process. If you would like to return your item or exchange it for a different size, click "contact seller" in your order history and it will connect you with us :) Just remember Jane's 14 day exchange/return policy and details along with it (i.e. unworn & unwashed etc.) Until then, we hope to provide you with a tee in a future order that you fall in love with!
