I ordered $50 worth of car coasters. On one pair of coasters, I gave the wrong name. I emailed this company the very next day when I realized my mistake. They emailed back saying they would fix this… But nope! I received the coasters with the wrong name. I’ve tried to contact them twice now and they won’t respond to my messages. I guess customer care isn’t a concern. I do not recommend buying from them.

Perfect gift for my granddaughter. I ordered the pink with her name on it. Everyone says I keep my house cold so I keep a basket of blankets beside my couch. Now everyone has their blanket to use. Great purchase!

I wish I could review this item fairly, based on the quality rather than the unethical seller. I ordered this item (MULTIPLE towels) in November and as soon as I clicked “purchase” realized that it had defaulted to my previous address. I contacted the seller IMMEDIATELY to ask that the address be changed to my current one. This happened once in the past with a different seller who responded in a day and was easily able to update to new address before they shipped. Days go by and I hear nothing. I sent 2 more emails with no response. I realized that the item was then shipped out only a few days ago (to the old address!). I contacted the seller again because at this point I will now be dealing with my bank to dispute the charge. On another note, after I placed the initial order (approx $60) I realized I wanted one more personalized towel for my mother. I placed THAT order with the correct address. The item was really, really cute. I only wish I could have received the other multiple items I ordered as Xmas gifts worth over $60. I would NEVER recommend this seller now. Find another seller who does personalized items!
