I wish I could review this item fairly, based on the quality rather than the unethical seller. I ordered this item (MULTIPLE towels) in November and as soon as I clicked “purchase” realized that it had defaulted to my previous address. I contacted the seller IMMEDIATELY to ask that the address be changed to my current one. This happened once in the past with a different seller who responded in a day and was easily able to update to new address before they shipped. Days go by and I hear nothing. I sent 2 more emails with no response. I realized that the item was then shipped out only a few days ago (to the old address!). I contacted the seller again because at this point I will now be dealing with my bank to dispute the charge. On another note, after I placed the initial order (approx $60) I realized I wanted one more personalized towel for my mother. I placed THAT order with the correct address. The item was really, really cute. I only wish I could have received the other multiple items I ordered as Xmas gifts worth over $60. I would NEVER recommend this seller now. Find another seller who does personalized items!

The flag looked great except the personalization was wrong on back side. I did reach out to Jane Customer Service and they have been great in rectifying the mistake.
So frustrated the name is spelled incorrectly. I'm am so embarrassed that I gave this without checking the spelling closely.Trying to reorder but I'm unable to figure out how to do it.
Post office came to deliver and I owe $5.79 in postage before I can have my mouse pad. This was suppose to be free shipping. Do not order from this company.
