I ordered this for my daughter and the name was wrong. They immediately made me a new one with the correct name and sent it to me free of charge. Very nice work! Love the detail!
Absolutely adorable! Only bummer is on one side of the customization there’s a small piece nicked out.

I ordered $50 worth of car coasters. On one pair of coasters, I gave the wrong name. I emailed this company the very next day when I realized my mistake. They emailed back saying they would fix this… But nope! I received the coasters with the wrong name. I’ve tried to contact them twice now and they won’t respond to my messages. I guess customer care isn’t a concern. I do not recommend buying from them.
