I bought this mat for our 10 year old dog. She is a Whippet Pitbull or Whip-Pitt mix. She looks very similar to the mat with the black and white dog. The white stripe on the nose is even on point! Love that it is personalized! Easy to keep clean, too! Great buy for our wonderful pup!

I ordered this blanket with the Heart font for a baby girl gift. After ordering, I found out the parents-to-be changed the name of the baby and the name I ordered would be the baby’s middle name. I immediately contacted the seller to see if I could change the order, but the blanket was already in production. They offered a reorder for 1/2 off with the new name, but when I asked how to place the order at the discounted price, I did not get a response. I received the blanket (with the middle name) and the quality is good; however, the font used is not what I ordered. The blanket has the block font instead of the heart font like I requested. I do not recommend this product because I read other reviews regarding the wrong font being used and because customer service did not follow through on how I could order a new blanket at the discounted price after they offered that option.

I have tried on several occasions to get the correct Mat that I ordered. I was sent the wrong mat. I reached out to Jane and they said they would connect to the seller and get me my correct Mat sent. I never received it or heard from the seller. I message Jane again, this time, no response. So now I have a mat that I did not order and no response to even give me a refund…which I don’t want. I just want what I ordered.

Color was not royal blue but a bright blue but the blanket was still cute. It was a gift so I sent it but it did not match the nursery.
