Never received my order...it says it shipped over two weeks ago but when I go to tracking it says delayed and doesn’t give me a reason why or where it is

I ordered a flag & it never came. I contacted the seller & they contacted & stated they would look into why it had not delivered, but I never heard back from them & no flag has been delivered, I ordered the flag in February.

Ordered may 6th. Email stated it was delivered but I still don't have it.
