I ordered a mat and the way the font was written “37” looked like “31” so I put the wrong number down on my order and immediately emailed them to ask them to switch it. I never got a response back & the product I received was “31.” Poor customer service. Wasted $20 on something I don’t want and will not use.

This was a great buy. Looked just like the picture in color and style. Not sure why ppl are complaining about size or smell. Measurements are clear. Take some tape and mock it out for your area if you think it might not be big enough (jeez, logic). And regarding smell, it's rubber backed so it will smell like... Rubber? Air it out before use and you'll be fine. Would fully recommend!

I ordered the mat in the black/red buffalo check and received a mat with a little Yorkshire Terrier. The mat was for a 120# Rottweiler. I think she was insulted.
