This was extremely cute and came in a timely fashion but I am giving it 3 starts because it is not a washable placemat like I expected. I thought it would be the kind you can wipe off like you buy for kids to eat on. It is made like a mousepad. The backing is rubber and the top is that material a mousepad has on it. Maybe it will come clean but I kind of doubt it will hold up to oily stains and such. It is very cute, I just expected something that I could wipe water and food off easily.
