The mat part of the mousepad isn’t attached to the bottom part so it comes off all the time. And the mousepad slides all over the place when you’re trying to use your mouse. Not worth the money
Yes the insert is interchangeable as advertised. There is a recessed slot for the insert. Please make sure it is lined up to fit in the recessed area. We are happy to correct any errors. Please reach out to us!
