I’m writing this review because it really is unprofessional when you purchase from a business and they provide you with a coupon code to use for your next purchase and the code doesn’t work. I have tried to use the code I was given in the mail with my purchase multiple times and it states invalid every time. If there are restrictions this should have been advised with the code!
Perhaps I didn’t read the description in it’s entirety and if so that is on me. These are foam, not a ceramic or hard plastic. They are also extremely small. Much smaller than a normal coaster, much smaller than the car drink holders they are intended for. Overpriced for what was received in my opinion.
Yes, these are Neoprene as noted in the Title and the description. We do offer sandstone coasters too. We would be happy to extend a discount if that would better suit your needs.
