Magical Trucker Hats | Adult And Youth
I ordered a hat for my daughter on 4/03. I waited until 4/25 (6 days past the date my order should have shipped) to email the company asking what was going on. I was told that it looked like my package didn’t ship so the company would make another hat for me. Then I got another email and was told that they really didn’t ship my order because they didn’t have the color I wanted in a youth hat. I was never contacted by them in the first place and I feel that I would’ve never been contacted if it wasn’t for me to reach out to them first... 22 days after my purchase with them. On 4/30 I was emailed again because there was another issue with what I ordered. Once I replied with what I wanted instead I never got an email back or heard anything else from them until 5/10 saying my order had shipped out that day. So again I had to wait 10 more days until my order actually shipped. So finally on 5/14 I receive my order and the youth hat that I ordered wasn’t even a youth hat! I reached out to the company again to ask about the hat and so far I’ve been ignored!
