Not very soft but well made

The purple vinyl came split apart and would not stick to anything after being ironed on. 😞
Estimated delivery was way off. It actually went out for delivery on the estimated delivery date.
The seller did not send to correct address even after being emailed by myself AND by Jane to change the address. My old address defaulted on the order and they were contacted TWICE to correct it. They still mailed it to the old address even after being asked not to.
