Great shoe!!!

I ordered this on Dec. 12 and it never shipped. When I contacted the company they informed me that it was out of stock and that they would refund me right away. This never happened. Days have passed and I have emailed them multiple times asking for a refund and have not been responded to.

My granddaughter loves it! It was easy to match her hair also.

Double billed me no email answer and poor quality

I was sent a size 9 and can't figure out how to return lol. I ordered a 10

I love these shoes! I have purchased many of the colors. The only reason for leaving 3 stars is the shipping. I placed two separate orders at the same time; I have received one order but my other order is still “processing”. So depending, it may take longer than expected to physically receive your items.

I love it and the color is perfect.

The braid is pretty and the color was spot on. There is a clasp on the bottom that frequently comes undone

It’s huge even after being adjusted. I have contacted the company with no response from them. I shop off of Jane all the time and never have this issue. Buyer beware!!!

Cheaply made. Had to adjust strap to the last size because they were so big.
