I am missing a pair of the shoes and trying to get ahold of someone is absolutely impossible. Emailed them 5 days ago. Did chat with Jane and waiting. I need to send them back as they are small.

Never had info on how to return. So guess I will donate them

Just a very basic sandal which is just what I was looking for to take to the lake or the pool. I normal wear a 7 1/2-8 depending on brand, I got these in an 8 and they fit perfect.

Never received the item after almost 2 months waiting. This is more a review of the seller than the shoe. Very dissatisfied.

I placed an order for buckle sandals on June 24th. They were estimated to ship by June 28th. I sent an email to the boutique two weeks later when they still had not shipped and got no response. Then I contacted Jane on July 13th. Jane responded on July 18th to let them know if I didn’t hear anything within two days. This finally prompted a response from the owner saying that their shipping software had made an error and that they would send my product the next day. This was 6 days ago. Still no change in my order status and no communication from the seller.

ZERO rating. Vendor refused to ship this to Alaska so I never received it. BAH!
