The buckle was broken when it arrived. The piece that goes into the hole had broke from the shoe and was just placed in the hole so it appeared fine. I went to change the placement and noticed it wasn't attached to anything. I've tried to contact the seller and haven't gotten a reply. Quite a shame.

They sent me the wrong size. I emailed them and never heard a response. Terrible customer service. If they sent to big at least I could wear them but they sent to small.
