Shoe is very cute but due to the way it was packaged, one of my straps has a noticeable “pinch” in it that is obvious and looks permanent. I took photos and reached out to seller twice with no response. Poor customer service

I didn't realize the material was going to be rubber like Shoe fits but makes foot look ugly chunky and very wide. There is a hard arch support or raised area that hurts my flat feet. Also the delivery was extremely slow
