Comfortable, cute shoes
Shoes run very big. Returned over a month ago. Company has not signed for package. So a refund was not given. Have reached out to the company several times. Very frustrated!
We are very sorry about this inconvenience, like I mentioned in the email. I emailed you to let you know we submitted for a redelivery, and have yet to receive your shoes. Once we receive them, we are happy to issue your full refund. We typically do not have to sign for packages, and no slip was left at our location, making this situation particularly difficult. We have been in contact with USPS in hopes to get this figured out as soon as possible. Like I mentioned in the email, we are very sorry and absolutely working on it! Thank you for your patience.
I was pleased at the quality for the price. Fits very true to size. Unique look at a great price.
Very cute. Says to size down half size but I slightly regret doing so. Wine color is very muted and not a bright as shown. Almost more on the brown side
