Even though the shoes I bought were to small and I had to return them, they made the process effortless. They responded to my email with in a couple hours and let me know the steps to take to make the return. The next day the sent me an email saying they had received my packaged and would let Jane.com know to submit the refund. Very please with their customer service.

i love the color but not impressed by the color of the heel , i thought it was too light and made the shoe look cheap , they were a little snug but a size up would have probably been too big -- hopefully i can work them in a little

I sent this item back at the beginning of May. I am still waiting on my refund. Someone told me last week they would check on it and I still haven't heard. The item was only tried on for fit, not worn. I'm very disappointed with their customer service. Hoping I get my refund soon.
