I bought an xl skirt. I felt it was slightly bigger in hips area than my other similar skirts.

Don’t waist your time!!!! I gave this seller such a low rating because I paid for an order and only received half of it. I reached out to the seller and was ignored. I had to contact Jane customer service for assistance which took weeks to handle. Only to find out they can only offer a refund for items I anticipated on receiving. This seller had no response in regards to this issue. Message to seller: If your sold out of an item communicate that with the customer don’t have your customer waiting months to find out items paid for won’t be delivered. I’m very disappointed. I actually double check the seller name on further purchases to not do business with this seller!

Smaller than advertised but good product for the price

I was informed that my order was cancelled and refunded without any other explanation. After contacting Jane, was informed that it had been cancelled by the seller due to being “lost in transit”. While I appreciate being refunded the cost of the item, I was not refunded what I paid for shipping. As I had nothing to do with the cancellation or transit issues, I should receive a FULL refund. This item is back in stock, but I will not be reordering due to the risk of potentially being out more money and still have no item to show for it.
