Love this set! It's buttery soft, stretchy and plenty of room to breathe. In fact, it definitely runs large. I'm 5’1, 135 lbs, 36 DD bust, so a medium to large in shirts and a 7/8 in pants. I ordered a small at the advice of others who left comments and it's perfect. The pants are definitely more snug in the elastic than the shirt, but still fit comfortably.
