The company first sent me slippers instead of boots and said they would replace them, which eventually they did but I had to follow up. The boots are "ok" but very narrow so I'm just giving them away to a friend. They run small as well. Took too long, missed the time I needed them and now they don't work at all for me. Theoretically, the boots themselves are fine quality but just run too small.

Second pair! Love them!

I was very excited to get these slippers but kept noticing they felt tight. Needless to say they were uncomfortable. Well then I had to go look on the bag they came and it was a size 7-8. I know I didn’t order this size seeing how I wear 8.50-9. They are also very clunky. Never Again !!

Super cute, great price. Only issue is the bottoms are not as good quality. It’s like a super hard styrofoam with no flex. Still overall good purchase

These are the most comfortable flats! You can put them right on out of the box, no breaking in and no rubbing. Definitely buying more colors!

My sister loves them!

These did not fit right on my foot at all. The large bands in the top of the foot that cross are too loose, so my foot was constantly pushed forward causing my toes to hang over the edge.
