Received a damaged shoe. One of them was fine but they other one had no metal rings for the eyelet holes and the holes didn't even go all the way through the shoe or were missing altogether, so the shoe cannot even be laced up, even without the metal rings. If I were to try to poke holes myself, without the rings, not only would it look sloppily done, they would look like mismatched shoes due to the missing rings. I contacted the seller and provided images of the issues. Seller replied initially and told me they were out of black and asked if I wanted a taupe replacement. I replied and stated that I did not want a taupe pair, but I would take a brown one if they had it or a refund if they didn't. Seller did not reply. I messaged them again this morning and requested an update on the situation and have still not received a response back and it is evening now. Will update if the situation changes. Update: after the seller failed to respond to my last two emails, I contacted Jane's customer service and Jane issued me a full refund.

Super cute booties. However, normal size 13 is small. I would definitely order up. Customer service is excellent! Very fast at answering questions and fixing issues.

Bought these boots liked the look didn't fit right called SOBEYO only a recording left several messages no response sent these bk only to have them returned to me, don't trust them!

Great boot. Exactly how they were pictured

These are very cute and look thick/well-made, but they are pretty big. Definitely for "big kids"-- my 5 year old won't be wearing them for a long while. A sizing guide would have been helpful, because these could fit a small-footed adult.
