I noticed the box was very faded,, and am guessing they were sitting for quite some time.. The shoes were worn for 4 days and the sole has fallen off...4 days later now, and the seller has yet to respond to my email.

The buttons to this boot came out within the first hour of wearing it. The threads/faux fur from under the knitting starting revealing itself. The knitted part - thread started coming out and it was unraveling... worst quality shoes or boots I have bought. I will never recommend this brand to anyone I know. Very disappointed with my purchased item.

Update: After my review the company reached out to me They asked for pictures of the shoes which I provided By this time the soles had completely fallen off The company offered for a full refund IF I would change my review I responded that I would like a refund I have not received a refund nor has the company responded to my emails Original: The soles of the shoe are falling off. On the right it is half the way off and left the heal is coming off I've only been in them for 30 minutes

These are great boots!! Not only are they cute and easy to slip on they are affordable! We LOVE these!!

Ordered 3 pair. Didn't receive the colors I ordered. Zipper broke on 2 pairs when we put them on the first time! Do not recommend !

These were at least a size too small. Now I need to pay for return shipping which is a pain.

I ordered 2 sizes bigger for my daughter and they are still too small... She normally wears a size 13 and I ordered a size 2.

Love love these boots! Seller said to size down 1/2 size and I'm glad I did because they fit perfectly I usually wear a 8, and I got a 7 1/2 Definitely wanting another color !!

I bought 2 pair, both size 7, for my 24 month old. She currently wears a 6.5 in toddler shoes. These were very large, about an inch to long & way to wide. The shoe did not touch her foot or leg anywhere. The shoes are well made, with a flexiable sole. I would buy again, but I would size down a full size.

11/21: I didn't receive the item I ordered. I emailed the company and they asked for pictures, which i sent that very evening. I still have not heard anything from them. I get no response from emails and no phone number was provided on the invoice. The invoice states easy return/exchanges within 30 days and I received the shoes Oct 20, 31 days ago. Update 11/21: after leaving this review seller emailed me a replacement shipping tracking number. I will edit my star rating once I recieve the replacement. Update 11/28: I received the replacement. They were exactly as described and I'm pleased with them. The seller did not request the wrong item to be returned.

I ordered these for my daughter. I'm very happy with my purchase. The boots are good quality and run true to size. My picky toddler loves wearing them. I highly recommend!

I am a size 11. These shoes run extremely small. Especially for a flat. I will be offering them to my girlfriend who wears a 10. Hoping they fit her.

Way too big (I wear a size 8 1/2 shoe) they rotate around on my feet constantly. They come an inch above my ankle so are NOT no shows. They started pilling immediately, even before washing. One star because I wear them around the house and they keep my feet warm.
