Love them!!!!!
I will start by saying ordering a size down for me did not work. They were too small. I still gave a 5 star review though due to their customer service. I emailed them to get a refund and send the shoes back and instead they told me to donate the shoes to someone who could use them and still gave me my refund. I think that is excellent and just for that reason will be purchasing through them again.
Super cute and warm. Only issue is one of the eyelets already came out

Nothing but good things for this company! I accidentally ordered the wrong size, so I emailed the company and not only did they immediately ship me the size I needed, but they let me keep the other pair! They told me to give them to someone who could use a cute pair of shoes! I will DEFINITELY be buying from this company again!

They hurt my feet because they were too tight and I did end up sending back since the thread on the back was falling apart and that process was very smooth. If you have bigger calves these are not the boots for you!
The boots are just what I hoped they'd be, perfect.
