These boots were so nice and comfortable. Unfortunately there was too much extra space around my ankles/legs so I had to return them. The reason for the 5 stars is how easy the return process was! Shoetopia responded within 24 hours and they were so helpful. I will definitely buy from then again.

They are much cuter than the pictures lead on. I only tried on so far. But they fit true to size.
True to size. Cute style but the soles are rock hard and sound like high heels when walking which is kinda odd for the boot.

These are cute boots and seem to be very well made. I ordered a size too large and contacted the company about returning for credit... they offered to send me the correct size as an exchange and didn't even want me to return the ones too large! EXCELLENT Customer service!! Im donating them to a shelter for a lucky lady! I will buy shoes from Shoetopia every time !!
Ordered a 9, usually wear an 8.5 and they're still too small.
These are cute but I should have sized up. Mine are way to small with thicker socks
