Update: the seller contacted me and is working to get the defective product resolved. Their customer service is top notch, and I’m looking forward to getting the replacement! I love the item, however, the cactus has fallen off 3 times since I’ve had it on my keys (about a week). I utilized the tools I have to put it back on and do my best, it just won’t stay. I have a push to start, so I don’t even use my keys outside of my purse much.
