The year was wrong

Hello, the tags are really cute but the font is so close together you can’t read my phone number, so if someone found my pet, they wouldn’t be able to get ahold of me. I’ve messaged asking if I can have them reprinted, but haven’t heard anything yet. Thank you for your time.
Thank you for your order! The font you chose was a more whimsical font type. As per our emails, I did offer to remake the tag for you using a different print type font, but communication suddenly ended, and I never heard back. Thank you again! :)

The keychain that took a long time to receive arrived broken! Very disappointed.. I did receive a refund. I was required to send pictures or detailed explanation. No problem; I hope this review helps someone else. I think if it was packaged with padding for mailing Or put in a small box this would not have happened.
Hi Brenda, Thank you for your order! As mentioned in our emails I am very sorry your order arrived broken. I imagine the transit time may have had a part in that. I normally package securely in a padded, bubble, or rigid mailer, which does help to protect but still doesn't guarantee any breakage. I am assuming Route required the photos to process the refund since the shipping insurance covered your damaged order. You are always welcome to repurchase if you would like :) Thank you again!☺️
