I've tried others but this one actually protects the end of the cord where it normally gets bent by my son. Happy with it.
My original order was sent to the wrong address. After contacting the seller, I still never received the item or a refund.
I believe I would actually give this no stars, but the comment box wouldn't pop up without clicking at least one. Had I read the other comments first, I wouldn't have ordered. It sounds like it is common practice to "send" the items to a different location (not even in the state). I inquired with the seller because the shipping update shows it was delivered to FL...not Ohio where I am. I still have not heard anything back about the company nor received the item. Not sure if I will.......
Wish I could give zero stars. Seller shipped the item very late. Then shipped it to the wrong address. According to USPS it was shipped (and successfully delivered) to Illinois and I live in Florida. I contacted the seller twice and have not received communication back. This was for Christmas and I did not receive it. I am contacting Jane regarding this transaction.
Was never delivered to me. This was delivered to Florida and I contacted the seller there was enough time to send them to me before Christmas. Now it is Christmas eve and nothing... thanks alot
0 stars. My package was delivered to an address in Florida, I live in Ohio. When I contacted the seller she replied promptly stating they would be remade and shipped. It’s been 12 days and I’ve still not received a new shipping confirmation number or a package.

I contacted the seller several times about my package. I am yet to get a response. Package was lost in shipping. Almost 2 months later I still don't have the package and am out $16.00 for labels.
Can't honestly rate the quality of my item. I placed an order for 3 sets of child personalized labels on 11/25. Order did not ship until 12/15 which seemed delayed. I wouldn't think it would take 20 days to make labels. Item was suppose to be delivered by 12/20. It is 12/23 and it is not here, tracking just says "in transit". I know usps is having some delivery issues this year but an item I ordered a month before Christmas should be here. I feel that if my items were originally shipped out earlier I would not be in the position to find personalized gift tags two days before Christmas. I will say that I did not reach out to the seller because by the time I accepted it wasn't coming I figured there was no reasonable way to fix the issue. Guess I will just have labels for next year (if they ever show up).
Most of the stickers in the pack are not personalized with the name but instead are (albeit cute) Santa/North Pole references that don’t identify the recipient. I think there were only two stickers with my child’s name.
