 the product is fine. The issue was shipping and delivery. It took over six weeks to arrive from east Tennessee to mid Tennessee. .

Once it leaves my hands I have no control over the delivery time. It looks like it traveled around North Carolina as well as several cities in Tennessee. Normally delivery only takes a couple of days, so I apologize for the extended in transit delivery time! Thank you again!

Favorite Pickles Crewneck Sweatshirt

I ordered the gray as pictured, for my granddaughter. It took a full month to arrive, which would’ve been ok, but the prints on the front are so pale and washed out that it is almost impossible to read, not at all like the vibrant colorful prints pictured in the example. Very disappointing.

They do have a vintage look, one design is vintage and distressed, and they are not supposed to be very vibrant, with the exception of one design as shown and it is somewhat brighter than the other designs. Tumbler Personalized Name Tag | Tumbler Accessories

Really not happy with this one, I’m not one to complain, but it was expensive for what it was $15, the glued letters did not hold up - less than a week they are lifting and we have the standard Stanley not an off brand cup and the tag just keeps popping up, I tried to glue the letters again, using a seemingly “clear adhesive” gorilla super glue to be exact.., and now it’s all cloudy and a mess, it’s going in the garbage $15 down the drain, stick to getting a vinyl name printed or stickers to claim your Stanley
