I have ordered from this seller before, and my experience was just as wonderful as the first time I ordered. My band got lost in transition, so the seller happily made me another one and sent it quickly. The communication was easy, and the response time was pretty much immediate. Of course, the band is on point! The monogram is perfect, and the band fits very well (which is hard for me to find with my small wrists). I did order the color “pine”, which I thought would be like a forest green, but is more of a greenish blue. Never the less, the band monogram and color is beautiful, and I highly recommend this seller.

Thank you for your order! I have reached out by email several times but have not received a response back. I just wanted to make sure you did receive your order, since I did not know of any issues until reading this low review. The tracking is showing your order as being delivered. The time from when the order is placed and the expected ship by date is not considered part of the transit time, only the time from which the order is shipped. The expected ship by date is always listed. It does look like it took a bit longer in transit most likely due to the amount holiday packages being shipped, but it is showing delivered. Smaller than expected. Took like over 6 weeks to deliver. It only came after I asked for a refund and I never got the refund

Thank you for your order! I'm sad to see the low review. As per our emails I was not notified of any refund request. I had no idea there were any problems with your order since I was not notified or I would have done my best to take care of any issues so that you were happy with your order. These are personalized and made and shipped quickly. Your order tracking shows that it was shipped in a quick, timely manner but was delayed in transit which is not uncommon during the holiday season. It also shows the in transit time as being only about 10 business days which is delayed but again not uncommon for this time of year. Unfortunately once it is shipped I have no control of the delivery and timeliness that it arrives. Thank you again!
