Have yet to receive this item and I was told it was delivered. Don’t waste money!

They were supposed to have shipped on the 15th of October, and it is now the 25th and still processing. Kinda frustrating. /: EDIT: I am extremely unhappy with the service. Now my item has been delivered to the wrong address. I won’t be buying from here again.
