Custom Steel Family Name Plaques

I was so excited to receive this when I ordered....but I was disappointed. I would have never paid full price~I’m thankful I had a promo code and got it at a deep discount. The metal is very thin and bends very easily! My 3 pieces I ordered were all 3 packaged together and were not packaged as well as they should have been considering how easily the metal bends. There was an immediate “wrinkle” in the metal as soon as I unpacked it....and it is not possible to straighten it.

These pieces are more "floppy" due to the rectangular shape. I'm so sorry that yours arrived damaged. Please contact us via email at [email protected] for replacement instructions. We don't expect you to just live with the damaged product.
