Gave this as a Mother’s Day gift, and mom loved this custom item. It shipped on time and the product was received as described.
Love it, I'm giving them to my Grandsons to hang all their medals and it's perfect
Ordered on April 26th. Shipped May 5th. It’s now May 18th and still not here. Last update from USPS was May 9th. No idea what has happened to it from there.
This have been interesting during COVID with shipping. We haven't had many problems, but occasionally a package will seem to be stuck for awhile. Please email us at [email protected] for help if you haven't already.

Absolutely love it! The craftsmanship is excellent. It’s well-made and exactly what I hoped it would be. I will order from them again! I can’t wait to give it to my hubby for his birthday!

This is really cute! The metal was a lil thinner than expected and had a couple of cut spots, but overall it is a great gift. I plan to mount it on a decorated board trimmed in crown or frame,so the thinness that won't be an issue for me.
Packaging not secure. Sign was I credibly bent up. After sitting a heavy ice chest on it for a few days it’s still bent and mangled. Cannot use it now. Thin metal, packaging did not say “do not bend” or secured with anything to keep it from being bent.
I'm so sorry that your order came so damaged. We normally have DO NOT BEND stickers on every package, so I'm surprised that yours didn't. Please email us at [email protected] for replacement instructions if you haven't already.
