Hi Michelle! We do appreciate your feedback regarding the situation and are very sorry we could not complete a reshipment of your order at this time. Due to the high volume of weekly orders, we, unfortunately, are unable to track each parcel multiple times after it leaves our facility We will certainly use this as a learning experience and look into ways such as adding an additional support member that could use the time to continuously track each outgoing package to ensure mishaps like this are caught well in advance. Our vintage nightgowns are a very popular and well-loved item so we are incredibly disappointed to hear they did not fit your daughter as intended. We do know that sizing can vary drastically between each child so we do our best to provide sizing charts so our customers can make the best-informed choice on the size that fits best. We did look over our active email accounts but did not find any customer inquiry with your name, order number, or email address attached regarding your disappointment in the terrible fit so our support team has reached out to you!
